Process

We provide sourcing and trading of passenger and light commercial vehicles across the EU.

We operate on a B2B order basis with clearly defined parameters (model, budget, quantity, destination country).

Scope

1. RFQ — model/VIN or required parameters, quantity, destination, Incoterms, timeline

2. Offer — price, availability, delivery terms, documentation

3. Contract & Payment — standardized terms, counterparty identification (incl. VAT ID where applicable)

4. Handover — handover and shipment coordination via contracted carriers

Documentation & compliance

Each transaction is supported with a standard document pack, typically including:

• Commercial Invoice

• CMR / transport document

• Handover note / protocol

• Vehicle documents (market- and availability-dependent)
