Our Role

Our role is commercial coordination between supplier and buyer.

The business model includes:

  • sourcing goods and selected assets from contracted EU suppliers,

  • resale to B2B customers,

  • delivery executed through independent third-party carriers,

  • management of commercial and invoicing documentation in compliance with EU VAT rules.

The company does not own transportation assets or logistics facilities.

Transportation is carried out by independent contracted carriers.
