YT Trading Group s.r.o. executes cross-border B2B transactions within the European Union, primarily in biomass and wooden products.

Each transaction is managed individually — from order confirmation, through delivery coordination, to final settlement.

Logistics operations are carried out by independent transport providers under separate contractual agreements. Our role consists of commercial coordination, partner communication, and supervision of agreed delivery terms.

Each delivery is properly documented in compliance with applicable EU legislation.

Sourcing

We begin by analysing market availability across EU, verified suppliers and B2B inventories.

The sourcing phase ends only when an asset meets both commercial and operational criteria.

Verification

Before acquisition, every asset undergoes a structured verification process.

  • VAT-status verification (if applicable)

This step eliminates operational uncertainty and ensures procurement under a clean compliance framework.

Acquisition

Once verified, assets are acquired with full documentation and transparent accounting.

We ensure:

  • contract alignment

  • audit-ready purchase records

  • structured internal documentation

Acquisition is executed only after all compliance and operational checks are complete.

Logistics Coordination

Transport is carried out through contracted carriers within the EU.

YT Trading Group s.r.o. arranges carrier selection, aligns delivery terms under Incoterms, and verifies transport documentation.

The process includes ongoing shipment tracking up to the agreed destination and oversight of compliance with the agreed commercial terms.

Delivery

Assets are delivered directly to the client, warehouse or designated operational location.

Delivery guarantees:

  • confirmed drop-off

  • identity and documentation checks

  • delivery report

  • full archive of transport documents

Once delivered, clients receive a complete set of files that can pass internal audits or regulatory reviews.

Reporting & Records

Every transaction ends with a full documentation pack.

Delivered to client:

All records are stored internally for audit and cross-border compliance.

B2B-Only Model

Our operations are intentionally designed without retail or consumer-level components.
This ensures a clean, institutional operational footprint, free from the complexity typical of retail-facing logistics.

We focus exclusively on corporate, SME and B2B partners requiring predictable sourcing and transport.
