Process

We trade the following commodities on a wholesale B2B basis across the EU: sunflower oil, sugar, soybean meal, and feed corn. Supply is arranged per order or under recurring programs, subject to availability and agreed specifications.

Scope

1. RFQ — product, specification/grade, packaging, quantity, destination, Incoterms, timeline

2. Offer — price, availability, lead time, document set

3. Contract & Payment — standardized terms, counterparty details (incl. VAT ID where applicable)

4. Dispatch — loading coordination and shipment coordination via contracted carriers

Documentation

Each shipment is supported with a standard document pack, typically including:

• Commercial Invoice

• CMR / transport document

• Packing List (if applicable)

• Specification / COA (lot-based, upon request)

• Origin statement
